Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to consultations and professional services booked with the firm.
Consultations
Initial consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours notice by phone or email.
Professional fees
Fees for services are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees for work already carried out are not refundable.
Refunds
Where an advance has been paid and work has not started, any refund due will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
Government and court fees
Stamp duty, court fees, filing fees and other statutory charges paid on your behalf are not refundable.
